1. Pricing & Currency All prices are displayed and processed in Euros (€ EUR) for EEA customers and British Pounds (£ GBP) for UK customers. Your currency is detected automatically at checkout. We do not accept or process payments in U.S. Dollars. Any conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
2. VAT & Taxes Prices shown include applicable VAT for EU and UK customers as required by law.
3. Made-to-Order Products All products are produced individually after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
4. Your Statutory Consumer Rights Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable EEA or UK law. EU customers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771. UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to Save Europe. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Governing Law EEA customers: governed by applicable EU consumer law. UK customers: governed by the laws of England and Wales.
